This study investigated the influence of organizational democracy on citizenship behaviors in digital transformation, by considering mediating effects job satisfaction and commitment for smart services. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was conducted to investigate factors, which followed confirmatory (CFA) path test hypotheses. The sample consisted 144 full-time employees largest bank North Cyprus. findings suggest that had a significant positive direct effect commitment, whereas not significant. found be significantly positive.
